- Call recordings
- Basic Plan: Not stored
- Advanced Plan: Stored for 30 days
- Pro Plan: Stored for 90 days
- Call transcripts and metadata
- Retained for up to 12 months
- Permanently deleted afterward
You may request deletion earlier at any time.

- Jambonz – for telephony routing
