What it is #
Notifications are emails Voice Nimble sends you when things happen — a call completes, a refund is requested, a daily summary is due.
Notification types #
| Type | Fires when |

| Call completed | Any call ends (can be muted in bulk) |
| Refund request | The AI\'s refund skill was triggered |
| Exchange request | The AI\'s exchange skill was triggered |
| Shipping change | A customer asked to change a delivery address |
| Order cancellation | A customer asked to cancel |
| Draft order created | The AI\'s place-order skill created a Shopify draft order |
| Daily summary | Every morning — yesterday\'s totals |
Setting your notification email #

Go to Notifications

Enter your email address

Click Send verification email

Check your inbox → click the verification link

The email will now show as Verified in the app
Unverified emails are ignored #
This prevents typos from losing notifications. If the verification link never arrives, check your spam folder and resend after 5 minutes.
Frequency controls #
For each notification type you can choose:
- Instant — fire every time
- Digest — batched every hour
- Off — don't send
"Call completed" defaults to Off — otherwise a busy day floods your inbox.
Tips & best practices #
- Turn on "Refund request" and "Order cancellation" as Instant — they're time-sensitive
- Keep "Call completed" as Off and rely on the daily summary instead
- Add a dedicated mailbox (e.g.
calls@yourstore.com) so notifications don't mix with other mail
Troubleshooting #

| Verification email not arriving | Check spam folder; resend after 5 minutes |

| Too many emails | Switch the noisy notification to Digest or Off |
